Payment must be made by credit card at the time the order is placed (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

The product may be returned within 5 working days of receipt when it is found to be defective or not suitable. All returns must be in the original carton. Purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Undamaged cartons will be refunded 100%.

Flexibles should only be installed by qualified personnel using ordinary and reasonable care. Neither Trust-Flexibles nor EMS shall have any liability or obligation for actual, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to claims for damages for loss of profit, loss or interruption of use or any economic losses of any kind resulting from the improper use of our product.
